Two broad-shouldered men press together in the damp underbrush, one’s shaved head gleaming against the other’s dark, coarse hair, their mouths locked as they grip a football between them. The bearded one’s fingers dig into the smooth, sun-bronzed back of the other, who bends just enough to let the ball roll free before his lips trail down the thick, tattooed chest. The grass stains their white shorts as they shift, hips grinding against each other with the same rough urgency they’d use to slam a pass.
