Tom Taylor and the bald, heavily tattooed man kneel on the exam table, the stethoscope pressed tight against Tom’s chest as the cuff tightens around his arm. The other grips a cold metal instrument near his face, fingers flexing with deliberate pressure while Tom’s lips brush against the tattooed man’s neck. The cuff inflates, the sound of the pump cutting through the air as they lean in closer, the exam table creaking under their weight.
