Rado Viker and Yuri Bulakov kneel over Mirek Ceslar’s prone body, one pressing a stethoscope to his ribs while the other wraps a blood pressure cuff around his arm, then strip him bare before switching to fingers and mouths. The small hammer taps his knees, the cuff inflates around his wrist, and a gloved hand traces his spine before Viker takes him from behind, and unbroken. Every tool in the room serves a purpose, every touch is measured, and the only sound is the hiss of the cuff and the wet slap of skin.
