The tattooed man in the firefighter gear squats low, his legs spread wide as he grips the barbell, muscles straining under his light skin. He leans into the bench with a grunt, his short hair damp with effort, the helmet resting beside him as he shifts his weight. Every rep drives him deeper into the squat, his grip tightening on the bar as he pushes through the burn.
