Manuel Reyes handles executive relocations, and today he meets Nicholas Bardem, who is moving his business and has picked out his new home in Spain. A last minute change to the rental agreement leaves Nicholas feeling deceived. The increase is small change for a man like him, but he wants compensating anyway, and Manuel is young and clearly out of his depth. The client gets his service, business and pleasure.
