Rimmington, a criminal mastermind, captures his rogue associate Paco Rubon and ties him in bondage to a chaise, wearing fancy underwear. He tickles Paco's feet, abs, armpits, and nipples in an attempt to extract information, but Paco remains unresponsive. The tickling may be pleasurable rather than torturous for Paco.
