Officer Oleg in prison

An officer in uniform holds a razor near a man’s face while another applies an electric stimulator to his neck, gripping it tightly. The man being restrained kisses the officer’s hand before the razor glides along his jawline. Both men stand close, their bodies angled toward each other as the electric pulses continue.
