A medical exam between Samuel Otoole and Blake Carnage, with a third man assisting, stethoscope checks, blood pressure cuffs, reflex tests, and a full physical assessment of torso and back, including flexed arm inspections and bandaging. The scene begins with them fully clothed and progresses to full nudity as the exam deepens, with hands-on evaluations and professional medical techniques.
