A single performer undergoes a controlled enema session in a tiled indoor space, transitioning between positions, standing with hands raised, bending forward, squatting on a stool with legs spread, and sitting with hands on thighs. The scene includes the insertion of a cylindrical enema device, shown in close-up as it enters the anus, with the performer initially wearing white underpants before appearing fully nude by the end. No interaction with others is present.
