Stripped!
Beat the dealer and he takes a layer off; lose the hand and he puts one back on. Get closer to 21 than he does without going over — face cards are worth ten, an ace is one or eleven, and he draws until he reaches 17. A blackjack, twenty-one on your first two cards, strips him twice over. So does doubling down: take exactly one more card and the hand is worth two layers either way, so it cuts both ways. A tie is a push and nothing moves. Nine losing hands and he gets dressed and walks out.
