A vandal with a long criminal record is caught shoplifting in a hardware store, sealing his fate due to his history. The Loss Prevention Officer spots him under the bright store lights, making his arrest inevitable. With evidence of his repeated offenses and tools in hand, the cops have no choice but to take him in. Desperate to avoid prison, the convict drops to his knees and performs oral sex on the officer, trading one form of submission for another. The officer, straight and in control, takes what he wants while the vandal secures a temporary escape from a harsher fate.
