Elder Jones grapples with guilt over his intrusive thoughts about male missionaries and church leaders, including President Lewis. His fantasies, triggered by their presence, lead to wet dreams and persistent mental images of them naked. Despite knowing his desires are wrong, he can’t suppress them. When Lewis invites him to the temple, Jones fears the older man might sense his attraction or make inappropriate advances. The tension between his religious duty and forbidden urges leaves him paralyzed, unsure whether to confess or hide his true feelings.
