Matthew Anders tells his colleague Massimo Piano that he has been given the senior tour manager job at the record label, and Massimo cannot hide that he wanted it. Instead of begging to be put on the crew, he waits until they are alone and starts kissing Matthew's neck. That is most of the work done. He drops to his knees, unzips the fly and works his mouth over him until Matthew strips.
