Watch: Crime and punishment

Two men are chained by wrists and ankles, one standing against a wire mesh barrier while the other kneels, hair being pulled back and cut with scissors. The restrained man leans against a wall in a confined space, his wrists bound while the other trims his hair. Both shift positions, one lying down with chains securing his wrists, before the scene ends with them fully naked.
